This is a series of artwork that I created in 2013.
After two years of drawing by nature and studying human anatomy on the Faculty of Fine Arts, students are allowed to pick their own theme, style, and technique. I tried to use the knowledge and skills I had on self-portraits. As I was interested in the human mind, psychology and the changing human nature, I tried to reflect that with the art I was creating. The basic idea was to show different phases of a portrait and its visible emotional reactions. Also, on most pieces, I was testing how good I know myself and the portrait, so I was relying only on my memory. Aside from the annual exhibition on FFA, I never exhibited these artworks.
